For its first exhibition, MO11 is proud to present a unique collaboration that brings together two exceptional initiatives from the international art world. This inaugural project aims to build bridges across geographies, artistic languages, and curatorial visions—offering a global perspective that remains deeply connected to emerging talent and an exquisite curatorial project.

At MO11, the opening of the gallery represents more than just a physical space—it is an invitation to present an international representation of artists, curators, and collectors. Our curatorial vision is defined by its ambition to combine discovery, artistic excellence, and a cohesive dialogue between artworks and the narratives they embody.

To bring this vision to life, MO11 is delighted to be collaboration with SUN.CONTEMPORARY and The Roamer Project two outstanding projects we deeply admire for their commitment to curatorial rigor, cultural dialogue, and bold artistic exploration:

— Sun Contemporary, based in Indonesia, is an artist-led gallery and project space that promotes the work of both established and emerging artists from Indonesia and beyond. Their philosophy combines Nature, Form, Function, Art, and Philosophy—offering an aesthetic rooted in material exploration, poetic sensibility, and a meditative understanding of the present moment.

— The Roamer Project, founded by curators and collectors Ignacio Ortiz and Victorino Rosón, was created with the mission to showcase the talent of international artists to the Spanish collecting scene through carefully selected exhibitions in unique venues, while also engaging with humanitarian and nonprofit causes. Their model offers a refined curatorial approach that transcends conventional formats, creating impactful and meaningful experiences for both artists and audiences.

MO11’s curatorial proposal intertwines these two paths: on one hand, The Roamer’s international selection of artists—first presented in Spain and now continuing in France —and on the other, the contemplative, philosophical language of Sun Contemporary’s represented artists.Together, they compose a compelling narrative that celebrates artistic diversity, cross-cultural dialogue, and the dynamic possibilities of contemporary creation. This inaugural exhibition is not only a celebration of aesthetic and conceptual plurality but also a clear expression of MO11’s mission: to present high-level curatorial projects that inspire critical thinking, cultivate informed collecting, and open new paths for international collaboration and exchange.
